NEWTEC AT60 Automatic Tray Filler [ back

The
NEWTEC AT60 Automatic Tray Filler is
designed to automatically load trays
from a double lane dispenser at speeds
of up to fifty-five (55) trays per minute.
Constructed from stainless steel, the
machine is built using a single frame
for ease of movement and configuration.
Designed
for packing trays with Apples, Plums,
Pears, Tomatoes, Kiwi, Peppers, and
similiar products with a maximum diameter
of eighty (80) mm. Trays may be packed
with a single type of produce, or may
be packed with mixed produce, such as
green and red apples for an eye-catching
package to attract attention from the
consumer.
Infeed
conveyors can be ordered in full width,
with variable speed for packing one
(1) product, or in half width with variable
speed for packing two (2) products

The AT60 works flawlessly with trays manufactured
from plastic, foam or cardboard. The most
commonly used tray size for packages of
six (6) apples is:
Length - 230mm
Width - 160mm
Height - 20-25mm
Trays
are transported and indexed on a step
belt that stops in front of a six (6)
lane count singulator. The singulator
is equipped with stop flaps and photocells
to ensure correct counts.

An
optional pusher plate is available to
direct filled trays into an overwrap machine,
placed perpendicular to the AT60 resulting
in a smaller physical footprint. Subject
to the physical plant layout, the trays
may also continue to packing table, or
conveyor adjacent to the machine.
